Join the 卡森城 公园,娱乐 and 开放空间 Department for a volunteer opportunity at Blackwell's Pond! We will be focusing on the trash that collects in the pond area, as well as have an opportunity to pull the invasive Bull Thistle that is growing there.
Tools will be provided. Long pants, long sleeve shirts, and hats are recommended for sun and brush protection. We will have some boots and waders for trash that is in the water, however bringing your own waterproof boots is recommended as supplies are limited.
Registration is strongly recommended, so that we may bring enough supplies and staff.
